This event was created for the Notice of Default filed by a creditor when the debtor has missed payments after the entry of the Order Relief from Stay if Failure to Comply. It should be related to that order. You also have the option to indicate if a Certificate of Service is included.

Step-by-Step Procedure:

Select [Bankruptcy > Notices]

Enter case number, and click Next

Verify at the top of the screen you are docketing on the correct case

Select Notice of Default, and click Next

Select the Party you represent from the party pick list - the Attorney/Party Association screen may display - if it does, click here

Click Next
-
The PDF document selection screen will display - Browse, View, Attach

Click Next
-
The order category displays. Select the order to which your event relates, and click Next

Select if Certificate of Service is included:

Click Next
-
Verify the accuracy of the Docket Text.
/ if correct - click Next -
The Final Docket Text screen will appear:

Click Next to complete the process

The Notice of Electronic Filing will display. It is the verification that the filing has been sent electronically to the court.
Copies of this Notice and the document filed are emailed to all participants who receive electronic notification in the case. You have a period of 15 days for a one time free look at the document filed.
